Shipping policy

Shipping is free for all domestic orders.

Your order will be shipped within 1–5 business days. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days. For orders within Istanbul, same-day delivery is available if the item is in stock. As soon as we receive your order and payment, we will send you an order confirmation email.

For international orders (outside of Turkey) Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and will be calculated at checkout.

Please contact us before placing your order to check the delivery time for your country.

Any taxes applicable to your country will appear at checkout. However, please note that you may be responsible for other fees and duties charged by your country for international shipments, which are required to clear your order from local customs upon arrival.
