DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is within 1–2 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order and payment have been received.
International Orders (Outside Türkiye)
Shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout.
Please contact us prior to placing your order to receive an estimated shipping timeframe for your destination.
Any taxes applicable to your country will be displayed at checkout. Please note that you may also be responsible for any additional customs duties, import fees, or local charges required for international shipments and customs clearance upon arrival.
EXCHANGES (NO RETURNS)
Each of our pieces is made especially for you and produced to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
A one-time size or model exchange may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange, please email info@aicia.co with your full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange.
Exchange requests submitted through channels other than email will not be accepted.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive a Yurtiçi Kargo return label along with the return address.
Items that do not meet the exchange requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender as cash on delivery.
Exchange Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, free from stains, odors, or damage, and returned with all original tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Items sent without appropriate packaging or without prior exchange approval will be rejected and returned to the customer, with shipping costs charged accordingly.

The customer is responsible for the item until it has been safely delivered to our warehouse. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

The original invoice must be included with the returned item. Exchanges cannot be processed for items sent without an invoice.
Please note that return shipments must be arranged with tracking and paid for by the customer.
