Refund policy

Our products are custom-made and produced to order. Therefore, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

You can exchange the size and model once within 7 days of receiving the product.

You must send your exchange request by email to info@aicia.co, stating your name, surname, order number, and reason for exchange.

Exchange requests not sent by email will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, you will be provided with a Yurtiçi Kargo return label and shipping address.

Products that do not meet the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be returned with the shipping costs borne by the customer. Conditions:

- For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must be unused, unwashed, in the condition in which you received it, without stains, odors, or damage, and with all original tags attached. It must be in its original packaging. - Products sent without proper packaging or without a prior exchange request will be rejected and returned to the customer with the shipping cost charged. -The product remains the customer's responsibility until it safely reaches our warehouse. Our company is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. -To complete the exchange, you must also send your invoice along with the product. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed for products sent without an invoice.

Please note that return shipments must be tracked and paid for by the customer.
